Central Billing Support: Maintain Central Billing website database. Approve monthly CB invoices. Reconcile and process monthly CB payment files. Prepare monthly ACH Drafts and outgoing Wires. Research and resolve CB discrepancies.
Other Duties: Create and maintain various Excel spreadsheets. Work with other departments to facilitate their accounting needs. Work with Shareholders and Partners. Cross-train in other accounting functions. Complete all other projects and duties as assigned by Accounting Manager and/or VP-CFO.
