The hiring manager makes the final decision after interviewing the candidates. Your company has a safety net in this process to hire the employee on a trial basis. Typically, the company has 90 days to decide whether the employee is a good fit and uses this time as a probationary period before adding the employee to their company payroll. If, for any reason, the employee does not meet expectations, Trinity Staffing will replace the employee as soon as possible. Our experience has proven that the temp to hire process greatly increases your changes of hiring a successful employee for the long term.

SHORT- OR LONG-TERM TEMPORARY

The short- or long-term temporary approach works well for short-term needs such as:

Controlling overtime costs
Medical leave absence coverage
Seasonal or peak season supplement staffing
Project staffing support Vacation replacements

The length of assignment can vary from one day to indefinite, giving companies the flexibility to control their labor costs. The bill rate for a temporary employee is primarily determined by the job requirements, but other factors include workers compensation insurance ratings, length of assignment and number of employees on assignment for the company. We will replace a temporary employee at the request of the company at any time for any reason.

DIRECT HIRE

Sometimes the best available candidate is an experienced, senior-level individual working for another company. Most likely, the candidate will not be interested in resigning their current position and joining your company through a temp to hire arrangement. In this case, we can work with your company on a direct hire fee agreement. The fee is usually based on the annual salary of the position, the geographic areas involved, whether it’s a retainer or contingent search and other factors. A replacement guarantee is usually associated with this type of search if the new employee leaves or is terminated within a specific period of time.
