In April 2013, Trinity Staffing opened its second office in Seguin, Texas to provide and support the contingent workforce for one of Seguin’s largest employers, and a Fortune 150 company, Continental Automotive Systems. Sue brings more than 45 years of experience in business management and operations to the Trinity Staffing team. Prior to co-founding Trinity, she successfully owned and operated several established businesses. She is a member of the SA Women Business Owner’s Association and is a graduate of San Diego State University with a Bachelor of Science degree.

JP JONES

A longtime resident of San Antonio, JP has more than 45 years of business experience, having successfully owned and operated several companies. In addition to his involved in Trinity Staffing, he is an active member of the Rotary Club of San Antonio, San Antonio Executive Association and San Antonio Manufacturer’s Association.

JP earned a B.A. in Business from St. Mary’s University.

VICKI VAUGHAN

Operations and Payroll Manager

Vicki has been in the personnel placement industry since 1983. Prior to joining the Trinity team in 2002, Vicki was Vice President of a large staffing firm for 13 years. She grew up in the Texas Panhandle, where she attended college before relocating to San Antonio in 1972.

Vicki’s responsibilities at Trinity include payroll for 500+ employees on a weekly basis, accounts receivable, all accounting functions, and working closely with the principals of Trinity to ensure consistency and open-door communications with each employee. Vicki has been active in the Chamber of Commerce and has held offices in Executive Women International, where she was President Elect.

With almost 30 years in the staffing industry, Jo brings a unique level of experience to Trinity Staffing in a variety of capacities: recruiting and placement, sales and service, branch operations and back office management. Prior to joining Trinity Staffing, Jo managed the daily operations of a recruiting branch for a large onsite client of up to 1700 temporary employees. At Trinity, Jo is well versed and 100% compliant with current employment laws, and effectively handles employee relations – determining the course of action through investigation, mediation, and/or disciplinary action, all while maintaining confidentiality.

Leanne specializes in temp-to-hire employment for administrative, accounting, customer service, legal and light industrial positions. She has been with Trinity Staffing since 2011, when she and her husband, Allan Loose, merged their company, Staffing Source, with Trinity Staffing. Leanne has close to 25 years of staffing industry experience in marketing, recruiting, Human Resources and payroll. Leanne has built great relationships over the years with employer clients as well as the individuals she has helped with job placement.

She had previous experience working for a staffing company where she handled all recruitment and HR duties as well as payroll for 300+ employees on a weekly basis. Melissa is adept at understanding our clients’ hiring needs and translating them into targeted qualified candidates.

MOLLY SMITH

Molly started her staffing career in 1994 and has staffed all levels of occupations and industries from high volume light industrial to specialized professions. She joined Trinity in 2017 and now manages a portfolio focusing on executive-level administrative positions. Molly specializes in providing personal service to fill each opening with a candidate who fits the skills, requirements and company culture.

Brandi’s experience in recruiting, Human Resources and payroll provides a great foundation for her position at Trinity Staffing, which she joined in April 2018. Brandi enjoys meeting new clients and learning how she can best assist them with their employment needs. She interviews and tests applicants to evaluate their qualifications for assignments and also recruits for high volume work areas. In addition, Brandi manages all marketing for the company, developing strategy, marketing materials and activities to meet Trinity Staffing objectives.

Martha joined the Trinity Staffing Team in July 2018. She brings recruiting and human resources experience in working for a previous staffing company where she provided on-site recruiting support to include all the onboarding process for each candidate. Martha takes pride in recruitment and enjoys working with each client to fully assist them with all their staffing needs.

Joe is the newest addition to the Trinity Team, he came to us in October 2018.  He is an accomplished Marine Veteran and Business Development Professional with 21 years of experience.
