Sue Jones brings more than 30 years of experience in business management and operations to the Trinity Staffing team. Prior to
co-founding Trinity, she successfully owned and operated several established businesses. She is a member of the SA Women Business Owner's Association, and is a graduate of San Diego State University.

JP Jones
Co-Founder

A long-time resident of San Antonio, JP Jones puts more than 35 years of business experience to work. Prior to co-founding Trinity, JP has successfully owned and operated several established businesses. He is an active member of the following organizations: Rotary Club of San Antonio, San Antonio Executive Association, San Antonio Manufacturer's Association, and Greater San Antonio and Northside San Antonio Chamber of Commerce.
JP earned a B.A. in Business from St. Mary's University.

Nellie Hernandez
Manager of Workforce Solutions and Professional Recruiting

Nellie Hernandez brings over 20 years of Professional Recruiting and Staffing experience to Trinity, with an emphasis on long range business development activities. Nellie first joined the Trinity team as a Professional Consultant, focusing on the development and implementation of a new business model. After successfully launching the program targeting clients and quality talent, she was invited to remain with Trinity in a management role. Nellie provides daily management, leadership, and training to our team of account managers and professional recruiters. In addition, she manages a portfolio of prestigious accounts, providing them with customized recruiting services.

Prior to Trinity, Nellie worked for a national staffing firm for over 18 years in various management roles which included regional responsibility over multiple Texas locations.

Nellie attended Texas A&I University and has held membership and/or leadership roles with numerous organizations such as The Texas Association of Staffing, The Texas Association of Business, Junior Achievement, the Rape Crisis Center, and a local chapter of the Business Professional Women's Organization.

Connie Reyes
Account Manager

Connie is a seasoned Account Manager with over 10 years of Human Resources and recruiting experience.

Prior to joining the Trinity Staffing team, she was an HR Manager for a national brewery in
San Antonio. In her role as HR Manager, Connie relied on Trinity Staffing for her temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire needs. This experience now gives her the additional depth and understanding necessary to deliver outstanding customer service to her portfolio of exceptional clients. She applies her sensitivity to the client's perspective each time she executes a search for new talent.

During the past 7 years with Trinity Staffing, Connie has developed and nurtured excellent relationships with both her clients and her talent. It is not unusual for Connie to manage accounts with over 50+ talent. Managing volume accounts has become her niche. Many of her clients rely on her for project staffing during their peak seasons. Connie's portfolio of clients includes industries such as: Aircraft, Non-Profit Organization, Commercial Printing, Auto Parts Manufacturing and other production industries.

In addition to providing reliable and quality talent, Connie is available to her clients 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Connie also works with an Onsite Assistant; together they help clients effectively coordinate and manage projects. Connie designs employee incentives, plans and implements employee training programs, manages attendance incentives, and establishes Quality Control programs with reliable data for her clients.

Connie is an active member of the San Antonio Manufacturing Association, San Antonio Human Resources Management Association, San Antonio Greater Chamber of Commerce and the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.

Christina Weathersbe
Account Manager, CSP

Prior to joining the Trinity Staffing team, Christina was a member of the United States Marine Corps as an Aviation Computer Operator. The knowledge she gained from working with computers, software applications, and hardware maintenance became the basis of Christina's experience for a career in the Human Resources industry. After completing her military service, Christina joined a law firm in Philadelphia, PA as a Paralegal for the Managing Partner. To continue her education, she earned a Paralegal Certificate.

When deciding to relocate to her home town of San Antonio, Christina joined the Trinity Staffing team in 2005 as an Account Manager for a large aircraft maintenance company at the San Antonio Airport. While providing reliable temp-to-hire employees to her client, Christina is available 24/7 to meet her clients' and employees' needs. Christina designs employee incentive plans, implements employee training programs, manages attendance incentives programs, and supplies reliable data requested by her client. She has Federal Aviation Administration authorization to be on San Antonio Airport property and works closely with the Airport Police to maintain Customs and Immigrations Enforcement policies.

In March 2007, Christina received her Certified Staffing Professional Certificate issued by the American Staffing Association. She continues to strive for excellence by pursuing her Bachelors' Degree in Business Management with a focus on Human Resources. Christina is a member of the San Antonio Human Resources Management Association and the San Antonio Greater Chamber of Commerce.

Bob Tala
Onsite and Recruiting Manager

Born in the Philippine Islands, Bob became a naturalized US citizen in 1976. He attended the United States Air Force Academy from 1984 to 1985, and graduated from Mississippi State University in 1989 with a major in mathematics.

From 2001 to 2007 Bob worked for the Department of Defense in budgeting, logistics and purchasing, supporting the mission of the US Navy operations around the world. Bob joined Trinity Staffing in 2006 as Onsite and Recruiting Manager for the JC Malone-Trinity LLC accounts located at the new Toyota Manufacturing campus in San Antonio.


Ana Maria Techeira
Onsite Coordinator

Ana Maria received a Bachelors of Science Degree from Cornell University in 2005 majoring in Industrial and Labor Relations. Born in Iowa and raised in the Dallas area, Ana Maria joined Trinity Staffing Services in 2007 as Onsite Coordinator for the Toyota suppliers. During her years at Cornell, Ana Maria was active in the University Women's Club Soccer and the Minority Industrial Relations Student Organization. She received a Bronze Metal for Mediation in the International Competition for Online Dispute Resolutions.

Ana Maria's background in industrial relations has proved extremely valuable in her position at Trinity Staffing Services.

Vicki Vaughan
Operations Manager

Vicki has been in the personnel placement industry since 1983. Prior to joining the Trinity team in 2002, Vicki was Vice President of a large staffing firm for 13 years.

She grew up in the Texas panhandle where she attended college before relocating to
San Antonio in 1972.

Vicki has been active in the Chamber of Commerce and held office in Executive Women International, where she was President Elect. Vicki's responsibilities at Trinity consist of daily operations: payroll for 200+ employees on a weekly basis, Accounts Receivable, all accounting functions, and working closely with the principals of Trinity to ensure consistency and open-door communications with each employee.

Suni Hiller
Human Resources Specialist

Born in South Korea, Suni and her family came to America in 1976 and now live in San Antonio, Texas, where they have been in the restaurant business for 18 years. After graduating from the University of Texas with a degree in Human Resources, Suni worked for Trinity Staffing as a temporary employee for many years before joining the core team as the Human Resources Specialist.

Her primary responsibilities include verifying Eligibility to Work status (US Social Security Administration) for all temporary employees, authorized by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) to process and maintain Eligibility to Work documents (I-9) for all temporary employees, secure and review Criminal Background information on all temporary employees and manage the Skills Testing Department at Trinity Staffing.

Jo Settles
Professional Recruiter

With almost 30 years in the staffing industry, Jo brings a unique level of experience to Trinity Staffing in a variety of capacities: recruiting and placement, sales and service, branch operations and back office management.

Prior to joining Trinity Staffing, Jo managed the day to day operations of a recruiting branch for a large Onsite client. Her main focus was the interviewing, placement and retention for up to 1700 temporary employees. At Trinity, Jo concentrates on recruiting for both specialized professional positions as well as large scale projects. She accurately and successfully evaluates applicants on their skills, education, work history, personality, salary requirements and managerial abilities. Jo works hard at not only understanding the requirements of her clients' open positions but the company's policies and culture in order to secure a successful placement. She is well versed and 100% compliant with current employment laws, and effectively handles employee relations - determining the course of action through investigation, mediation, and/or disciplinary action, all while maintaining confidentiality.

Jo is a former military "brat" but calls San Antonio "home". She has been a Spurs season ticket holder for over 30 years and has a David Robinson card collection of more than 1000 different cards!
